If you want to keep your personal data confidential, PT Reasuransi Nusantara Makmur will protect the confidentiality of the reporter's identity by providing communication facilities that can be accessed using a pseudonym known only to the reporter.

The Legal & Compliance Department is mandated to protect every reporter. We can guarantee confidentiality as long as you do not disclose your identity as a reporter.

Through selected communication channels, the Legal & Compliance Department will respond to your complaint and will confirm with you if your complaint is deemed insufficient to constitute preliminary evidence. The Legal & Compliance Department will keep your personal information confidential as a reporter and will only focus on the reported case.
